  For the past 2 1/2 years, I can count on both hands how many days that I have missed stopping in there for breakfast and soft drink. I used to rave about the service, cleanliness, availability of product, etc. I even spoke with the district manager about how I enjoyed coming in there and the people. Over the last few months it has gone, SORRY, "straight to hell." The place is filthy, the stock, especially the breakfast items and self serve sandwiches are ALWAYS out of stock or near empty, the friendliness of the staff is terrible. I should never have to wait in a line of 12-15 people with one cashier. That seems to be the norm lately. I have seen the "manager" look out and see the lines and not step up to help. I'm not sure where the previous manager went or why, but the way she ran that store made me happy to come in every day, usually twice a day. I was happy to call it "my Thorntons." Now I am looking for another morning stop that is on my way to work. Please help this location! Respectfully, Concerned Patron
