  Wanted a Stereo System Installed and was told they would order the parts and it would take about an hour for the installation so they set me up with an appt. for a Thursday Afternoon. After I arrived and was waiting in the waiting room for about 20 minutes they come to me and tell me the parts haven't come in yet. I said alright and they told me to come back Friday. Which i did and they still didn't have the part I decided to leave my car there because they told me it would be there on Saturday. I called on Saturday to ask when it would be ready and they said the PART STILL HASN'T COME IN YET. They said they would take care of the labor for me($80), and have me just pay for the parts which i was completely satisfied with. I come to pick up my car on Monday and the Radio was very well installed and looked great! When i come into pay they have no clue what Im talking about when i told them the guy i talked to on the phone told me the labor would have been taken care of. So therefore i got charged $30 in parts and $50 In labor. Only reason i give them 2 stars is because the Installation looks great but when you get lied to multiple times during an experience with a company its not very pleasant to me.
